Concrete work for Eviva Midtown, formerly known as The Warren, began in the spring 2015, with the pouring of 2,800 cubic yards of concrete for the slab foundation.
Sacramento’s largest modular project to date, the six-story structure will have 118 apartment units over 5,000 square feet of first-floor retail space and a 2 story underground parking garage. All 150 modules will be manufactured in less than two months, keeping the project on target for its scheduled completion in the spring of 2016.
Guerdon Enterprises constructed and for a limited time, will have on display, at their factory in Boise, Idaho, a four module prototype of the project. This is a great opportunity to see Guerdon’s construction technology at every stage of the process.
