A good day in Pasadena CA...setting an 800 sq ft 2 br 2b ADU. This beautiful prefab home comes complete with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops. 9 ' ceilings with 80 " windows. The team at www.myadu4less.com was busy as over 50 people showed up to watch crane set and learn about benefits of prefabricated construction.
